Nir Muler
Nir S. Muller, J.D. is an experienced executive, attorney, and investment professional with a proven track record across finance, technology, and international business. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University, an M.A. in Economic History from the University of Chicago and, a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law, Rickert Scholar.
Over the course of his career, Nir has led and advised organizations in both the United States and Israel, including serving as Managing Partner of a private placement investment firm focused on early-stage technology ventures.
Admitted to the New York and Israeli bars, Nir brings a unique combination of legal expertise, financial acumen, and operational leadership, enabling him to guide companies through complex growth, investment, and market expansion initiatives.
Assaf Avni
Asaf Avni, Bachelor of Science — A graduate of Beer Sheva University with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
Mr. Avni has been an integral part of the Israeli high-tech community for over 20 years. As a product manager, his credits include a host of technology development projects, as well as hands-on programming. He is considered an expert in the fintech community, with a number of projects under his belt.
Mr. Avni has more than 20 years of experience in the tech segment of the Israeli economy.
Mr. Avni has a distinguished military career. As an NCO in an elite Israeli special forces unit, Mr. Avni has commanded and led men into harm's way with distinction.
